MPE HAS COMPLETED KIRIKKALE PROJECT - 90000 M3/DAY ULTRAFILTRATION + REVERSE OSMOSIS PLANT.
THE SIGNIFICANT TURNKEY PROJECT NOW UNDER OPERATION.
MPE STARTED ON SUCCESFULL OPERATION BY 15TH OF AUGUST 2008 FOR THE LARGEST ULTRA FILTRATION & REVERSE OSMOSIS WATER TREATMENT PLANT IN TURKEY & MIDDLE EAST REGION |
The Ultra Filtration & Reverse Osmosis Water Treatment Plant is the largest in Turkey and the region with 90.000 m3/day product water capacity.
The plant is constructed for drinking water to serve more than 400.000 habitants of Kırıkkale Municipality, with its subtowns (Keskin, Yahşihan, Hacılar, Hasandede, Bahşılı, Çerikli and Sungurlu of Çorum City) in Central Anatolian Region.
The raw water pumped into the system is flowing from Kızılırmak (Red River) which is known for its very high sulfate , high arsenic and high hardness; so that, the people of Kırıkkale will no longer suffer from the taste and odour of Kızılırmak water.
The design of the plant is based on the combination of Ultra Filtration and Reverse Osmosis systems together to save energy and provide upmost treated water.
The concept, design and the objectives of the plant feature the lowest energy consumption and high quality of drinking water are the main two objectives of the plant.
Within a construction period of 300 days, MPE has constructed the whole project on turnkey basis. All buildings and structures ultrafiltration and revserse osmosis membrane filtration equipments; pump stations, pipeline construction and product water tank as well as turnkey rehabilitation of the existing Conventional Water Treatment Plant with 200.000 m3/day capacity are the main scope of works.

SILIFKE WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT HAS BEEN COMPLETED. |
Silifke Wastewater Treatment Plant is succesfully under operation.
After completion of Silifke Wastewater Treatment Plant at the beginning of summer 2007, MPE has signed new contract with Silifke Municipality to operate the plant until Summer 2010.
Silifke Wastewater Treatment Plant is succesfully under operation which is the first wastewater treatment plant under operation within the Central Mediterranean Region.
